Our Process

From the first description to the agreed handoff.

Describe the property.

Give the full address and ZIP. Explain the rooms affected, what can safely be seen and whether the water source is controlled or uncertain.

Confirm attendance.

The contractor confirms whether they can take the job and the proposed appointment window. Ask who will attend, what the assessment costs and who can provide entry.

Agree to a scope.

Ask for the areas included, charges and payment terms in writing. Set a contact for questions and confirm how additional work would be approved.

Clarify the next stage.

After pickup, ask what remains to be assessed, who receives the findings and whether equipment or another visit is proposed. Keep authorized changes with the original agreement.
